Recipe #96 LOADED POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients:   

6-8 Baking Potatoes
1 c Sour Cream
3/4 c Butter
8-10 Slices Bacon
3/4 c Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper

                                                                            

 

Directions:

Dice and Boil Potatoes in a pot of water for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Cook Bacon at 400 for 20-25 min while Potatoes are cooking.
Drain Potatoes, add in Salt and Pepper to taste, Sour Cream, and Butter. Mix together.
Add Cheese to top and bake in a greased dish at 350 for about 20 minutes.
Crumble Bacon on top and serve.
